A year after a Qatari student was killed in a racist attack in the United Kingdom, two Qatari students have allegedly fallen victim to racial attack in Scotland. The Qatari students were reportedly abused and brutally attacked by two Scottish youth while they were waiting in a queue to collect their tickets for an entertainment show. One of the victims called up Al Sharq daily yesterday to narrate the horrific experience he and his friend met with. The two Qatari students were brutally beaten up and racially abused by the hooligans, one of the victims told Al Sharq over phone. The students, he said, have met Qatar’s ambassador to the UK and lodged a complaint against the assailants.
