The North Security Department arrested two Asian men for trafficking in alcohol, as reported in the Ministry of Interior's Twitter account.
The department had received information that there were people selling and promoting alcohol in a house in the Musheireb area. After conducting the necessary investigations to ensure the correctness of the information, legal measures were taken and the accused were arrested for possession of a large quantity of alcohol.
The alcohol and the persons involved were seized and the accused were referred to the Public Prosecution to complete the legal proceedings.
