Weather inshore until 6 p.m. on Saturday will be partly cloudy, chance of light rain becoming thundery at times and slightly to blowing dust at places, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of thundery rain associated with strong wind.

Offshore, it will be partly cloudy at times with chance of scattered rain, the report added. Wind inshore will be southeasterly to northeasterly 6 to 16 knot, reaching to 28 knot with thundery rain.

Offshore, it will be southwesterly at first, becoming southeasterly to northeasterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knot, gusting to 15 knot at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 08 kilometers or 3 kilometers or less at times. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, surging to 3 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 4 feet at times.
