Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) will open its three day food and entertainment festival today in the outdoor tent behind the Doha Exhibition Center. The First Doha Food Festival, organised under the slogan of “Taste and Fun” is a new event organized by Qatar Tourism Authority for the enjoyment of local residents and families in Qatar as well as regional visitors. This year’s festival is part of the celebration of Doha as the Capital of Arab Culture for 2010. The exhibition will be open from 4pm till 11pm today, On Friday from 2pm to 10pm and on February 6 from 11am to 10pm. Entry is free and coupons are available for QR5 to purchase the dishes.
