As part of its ongoing monthly talks, Qatar Museums’ Fire Station invites the general public to attend its upcoming discussion by Thomas Moden and Maysaa Almumin on 3D printing, design and architecture. They will be sharing their experience, knowledge and engage in an open discussion with the community.

Gala Dinner for “Disability Awareness” — Tuesday

A dinner for a cause. Nawaal Akram, Qatar’s first wheelchair comedian, will be hosting a gala dinner happening this week in an effort to raise more awareness about people with disabilities, the importance of their contribution in the society, and share their inspirational journeys. A number of people with disabilities in the GCC will also be delivering speeches at the dinner, along with those who are helping the disability community in Qatar.

The event will be in English. Arabic translators will be available at the event.

8th Annual Qatar International Food Festival — Wednesday-Sunday

Food, food, and more food! Qatar’s annual food festival is back for its eight consecutive year to attract all the foodies!

The festival will be chance for Qatar’s community to taste flavors from all over the globe while also enjoying entertainment such as appearances from celebrity chefs, contests, and family-friendly activities! 

This time QIFF 2017 will be held at the Hotel Park, across from the Sheraton Grand Hotel Doha. QIFF will be on from March 29 - April 8! We look forward to seeing you there!
