The Ritz-Carlton, Doha launches a new programme called ‘Pastry to go’ to cater the needs of an early breakfast during the weekend at home or even on weekdays. Every Friday and Saturday starting at 6 am, the pastry team will be strolling down Doha to deliver the fresh baked loaves, rolls, fruit Danish, muffins and donuts to your doorstep.
All you need to do is a place an order online via email at [email protected] and they deliver the basket to your home.
‘Pastry to Go’ was initiated by Executive Ched Richard Green with the goal of making freshly baked bread and pastries available to consumers across Qatar. ‘We were talking about the frustration of going to supermarkets and getting pastries breads and the challenges and what we as expats like in quality and what we were expecting and what we were actually receiving,’ he said.
Consumers can simply select their favourite pastries starting from a selection of:
Bread lovers: foccacia rye, country farmer, white bread and slice bread (QR8 per piece)
Bread rolls: soft rolls, kraft corn, gold corn and hard rolls (QR2 per piece)
Croissants: plain, almond and cheese (QR3 per piece)
Rolls: cinnamon and raisins (QR3 per piece)
Fruit Danish: strawberry, apply, peach, blueberry and pineapple (QR3 per piece)
Assorted muffins: plain, chocolate, blueberry and apple (QR3 per piece)
Assorted donuts: sugar coated, cinnamon, chocolate and strawberry (QR3 per piece)
