Real estate developer The Land has tied up with global design and branding company 'Yoo inspired by Starck' for the $200m Tuscan Tower B10 project at The Pearl-Qatar, scheduled for completion in the summer of 2010.
Yoo, a residential design firm co-founded and jointly owned by designer Philippe Starck and developer John Hitchcox, will be working on the 22-storey Tuscan Tower B10 project which offers luxury living and a choice of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments measuring up to 250 sq. metres. Announcing the partnership at the Cityscape Dubai real estate exhibition, Karim Jabbour, The Land CEO, said: "We are delighted to partner with 'Yoo inspired by Starck'. By working with the international design company, The Land will leverage the benefits of the 'Yoo Inspired by Starck' brand for its investors and customers, properties synonymous with luxury, glamour, sophistication and a unique modern lifestyle experience."
Working with Masharii Project Management, Al Arab Contracting Company and Operators Facility and Property Management, The Land guarantees complete real estate and construction satisfaction from project inception to project completion. The Land is a member of Saudi Arabia's Al Rajhi Investment Group.
