In our latest episode of the ILQ Test Drive the team tries Filipino snacks! Talagang masarap ang Pinoy snacks! These are some of the most popular snacks from one of the friendliest countries in the world!
The snacks we try in this episode include popular street-eats such as fish balls, Boy Bawang Cornicks (garlic-flavored roasted corn), and Suman sa Lihiya, which is Filipino glutinous rice cake!
Watch the video below to see what the ILQ team thought about Filipino snacks! You can find everything we tried in Kabayan or Filipino grocery stores in Doha. But we used Merl’s Native Delicacies’ Suman sa Lihiya for better quality glutinous rice cake — which we brought straight from the Philippines.
Stay tuned for next week’s episode! We guarantee it will be just as fun!
