The real estate registration and documentation department at the Ministry of Justice has been adjudged the best government department in the country by the local media, which released the findings based on an extensive survey among newspaper readers. This despite the fact that the department does not have enough space, and expansion plans are yet to take off the ground. This is also the only government department which works in two shifts on weekdays — mornings and evenings.
