Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Doha has been announced and to be held from 15-17 May 2016 at Shangri-La Hotel Doha. The Fashion Week Doha will be celebrating fashion, beauty, music and lifestyle with a crossover of international culture from designers to entertainers.

Speaking in the press conference are Mrs. Rahat Mansoor, Event Director Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Doha, Mr. Mario Von Glen, Head of Planning, NBK Automobiles the exclusive dealer of Mercedes-Benz in Qatar, Mrs. Ruwaida Abela, Director of Communications, Shangri-La Hotel Doha, Mr. Fares Gattas, CEO The Luxury Network.

Top models will walk the most glamour’s runway while honorable guests & VIP’s will walk the Red Carpet at 6:30 pm; under the huge presence of international media, jet-setters and fashion royalty followed by the Fashion Show will at7:30pm both days.

Held twice a year, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Doha has now become the most eagerly awaited event of the fashion industry in Qatar, and has continued to exceed expectations with each passing show.

This season we have over 20 designers participating from around the world including some world known brands. We are thrilled to announce our designers for Day 1, Grand Opening by Meriem Belhayat (Morocco) followed by Saher Dia (Lebanon) Gazal Mishra (India), Noor Al Mannai (Qatar), Jana (Qatar) AlMotahajiba (Qatar), Frames.Fashion (Qatar) & Finale by Kristina Fidelskaya (UAE).

For Day 2, Opening by Lamaz (Saudi Arabia), Keren Millen, Milly, Pinko, Sckali (Qatar), Malia Bennet Henry (Qatar) & closing by Samant Chuhan. For Day 3. Opening by Fahad Hussayn (Pakistan), Kara (UAE), Salma Musab (Kuwait), Yousef Akbar (Sydney), Mahnoor Ansari (Qatar) Invee (Turkey), Shaima Royal (Bahrain) and finally the Grand Finale by Sakba Mohammad Hamada (Kuwait).

For the first time Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Doha will also selected young emerging designer who has recently been graduated with fashion line based in Qatar. Among the young designer we proudly announce Noor Al-Mannai, Malia Bennet & Amina Al-Malki. And their showcase has been sponsored by McNair Chambers.
