DOHA: The strong dust winds over the past two days are expected to continue until Thursday, according to the Meteorology Department. The unstable weather condition has been attributed to a high pressure over the Gulf region. The strong northwesterly winds would cause a further dip in temperature today, by at least one degree Celsius. Vodafone changes roaming rates DOHA: Vodafone Qatar yesterday announced changes to its roaming rates. Starting April 5, the price of receiving calls in Zone 2 and Zone 3 will increase from QR1/min to QR2/min. All other roaming fees remain the same.
