Offshore, it will see slightly dusty to dusty and partly cloudy at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 to 20 knot with gusting 24 knot at some places during daytime.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 18 to 28 knot, gusting to 35 knot at times. Visibility will be 4 to 8 or 3 kilometer or less at places.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rising to 5 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 6 to 8 feet, rising to 13 feet at times.
