Weather inshore until 6 p.m. on Thursday will be blowing dust to dusty with some clouds becomes cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind with poor horizontal visibility.

Offshore will be slight dust to dusty with some clouds, the report added, strong wind with high sea and poor horizontal visibility.

Wind inshore will be northwesterly 25 to 35 knot, gusting to 40 knot at places at times.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly 28 to 38 knot gusting to 46 knot at places at times.

Visibility will be 3 to 7/2 kilometers or less at times.

Sea state inshore will be 3 to 5 feet. Offshore it will be 8 to 13 feet, rises to 15 feet at places at times.
