The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced the total closure of Majlis Al Taawn Street from the Oryx Roundabout to Lakhweir Signal (Barzan) for two days from today. The renovated street will be thrown open to traffic on Sunday morning. This street has been partially closed in connection with maintenance works since last Sunday. Now, in order to replace the existing asphalt layer completely, Ashghal is closing all the lanes of the street.
