This time, we're shining the spotlight on Sandooki -- Qatar's premium subscription box company! Delivering goods to your doorsteps in a huge (30X30) turquoise blue box, Sandooki's first subscription division is a food box called Sandooki Gourmet. The box provides a highly-curated selection of global artisanal gourmet treats for the adventurous foodie.

Each month, Sandooki's master curators select the finest of gourmet goods from leading companies who specialize in the production of niche delicacies. Basically, Sandooki delivers the best of the best food products available in the Qatari market, and they’ll bring them straight to the comfort of your home every 14th of the month!

The concept of a subscription box company -- a niche-based package of related products that's billed and delivered on a recurring basis -- is what Sandra, the founder of Sandooki, chose to venture on due to her passion for cooking, eating, and hosting guests at home. She said that the gourmet box is close to her heart as it aims to bring smiles to every Sandooki subscriber upon opening the fun array of delicious treats each month.

"Personally, as a food lover, I found that there are many delicious gourmet goods in Qatar that no one knew exists. Sandooki Gourmet will provide our customers the chance to discover fresh items, an element of surprise, and the excitement of receiving a stunning gift, all delivered to their doorsteps!" she says.

"After growing up in the Gulf region, I saw a part of the traditions within me. I have a love of food through so many ways. After traveling the globe, I’ve found an eye for fine ingredients and unique tastes. I want to introduce them all to Qatar through Sandooki."

Once the box arrives every 14th, the delicious selection of five mouth-watering gourmet items will come with a food guide to tell you a little story about each product and where they come from! They will also launch an online store staring in April, so if a customer like a particular item in their box, they can order it from the online shop and have it delivered.

"Our target is the elite food lover. Those who know the best and want the best for their friends and family, colleagues, and themselves," shares Sandra who also hinted that a Beauty Box and Kids Box are arriving soon too!

She also says that their early customers are very excited and curious to see what they'll get from their first Sandooki box. She also shares that people who have already seen the boxes are in love with the packaging and how the products are presented: "Everything in Sandooki is made to perfection and it’s reflected in every element of our product. April 14th is about to be a great day!"

Concluding, Sandra cited that perseverance is key and, later on, shared a quote imparted to her by a successful businessman she met in Hong Kong: “It's too easy to say that you'll do something, but bringing your aspirations to life is another story. Despite the many obstacles along the way, every goal is achievable through perseverance -- one step at a time.”

Sandooki -- which means 'My Box' in Arabic -- will begin delivering gourmet boxes on April 14, 2018 as they've been operating for just a week now. A one-month subscription costs QR 400, but a discounted rate will be granted to those who will go for a 3-month or 6-month subscription plan.
