Urban Arabian is a Qatari clothing line that blends both Arabian culture and modern urban streetwear to create amazing designs. The company was founded in 2014 in London by Ali Al Muhannadi, where it received widespreadattention on a global scale.

“I created this clothing line in order for myself to use it as a platform to express my mind,” Al Muhannadi said. “With many shoots, and stars wearing my apparel, I feel proud to continue on this journey.”

Urban Arabian incorporates a lot of Khaleeji elements into very “street-style” clothing. A number of their more popular items include hats, hoodies, and t-shirts. All of these items include either Arabesque patterns or Arabic writing.

Al Muhannadi shared that he was influenced by the streets of London and that the urban-wear culture there is rapidly growing.

“This type of style and structure is new to the Middle-East and this shall grow gradually into the society as currently many students are studying abroad,” he said. “My aim is to continue to build this canvas even though its going through a slow pace, but step by step is always a step forward.”

The Urban Arabian line is currently available at the Eqlipse boutique at the Pearl-Qatar.
