The daytime temperature may rise by up to 6 degrees, reaching mid-30s especially in southern and central areas of the country, the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has said in a report by Qatar Tribune.
In another report from The Peninsula, QMD revealed that the weather inshore will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain at some places maybe thundery at times. Offshore, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain at some places maybe thundery at times, the report added, warning of expected thunder rain at some places associated with strong wind and high sea.
Moreover, the weather department has added that the unsettled weather conditions will continue over the weekend and the temperature is also expected to rise during this period.
