Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels, a collection of five-star boutique destinations, launched The Dining Room, an exclusive fine dining restaurant offering a rich variety of international fusion cuisine, in an official inauguaration attended by the Ambassoders of Japan, The Republic of Korea and Malaysia among other VIPs, popular local figures and media.
Accompanied by senior officials from Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels, the evening saw Mohammad Al Salim, General Manager of Souq Waqif, cutting the ribbon marking the official opening of the Dinning Room restaurant.

The Dining Room is bound to be a frequent haven for those who appreciate the combination of a sophisticated environment and fusion cooking.”
The Dining Room offers a unique seven-course degustation menu, consisting of exquisite dishes like warm Canadian lobster with wasabi tobiko maki, vegetable pearls with lobster and lemongrass emulsion; roasted monkfish with smoked eggplant, baby calamari and crispy corn, coriander jus; and blue cheese ice cream with Yemeni honey, poached pears and almond.
The restaurant, located in Al Najada Boutique Hotel, is the newest addition to the eight dining outlets at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels. Subtly decorated in hues of white, beige and dull gold, The Dining Room reflects the artistic theme of Al Najada Boutique Hotel.
