Doha • H H Sheikha Mozah bint Nasser Al Missned, Chairperson of Board of Directors of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF) will pay a visit to the US on an invitation from Georgetown University. During her visit, Sheikha Mozah will attend the graduation ceremony of 2008. She will also deliver the commencement address at Georgetown University's Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service (SFS) in Washington DC on May 17. The theme of her address is "The Practice of Knowledge," and she will challenge the graduates to use the skills and insights they have gained at Georgetown to bring about positive change in the world. As part of the commencement events, Georgetown will award Sheikha Mozah with an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree. Prior to her trip to Washington, Sheikha Mozah will visit Northwestern University in Chicago for a tour of the Medill School, the university's renowned media and journalism school that is bringing its programme to Qatar beginning September 2008.
