Qatar Museums organized a cleanup day with Doha Environmental Actions Project (DEAP Qatar) at the ancient town of Freiha — one of the most important settlements in Qatar.
H.E Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani participated along with the members of Qatar Museum, Al Baladiya, ILoveQatar and many other volunteers.
Lots of plastic collected today at Freiha’s heritage site. Keep our environment clean by not throwing waste in the sea or land. It’s everyone’s responsibility and so happy to see so many nationalities out today to keep Qatar clean. pic.twitter.com/UGGW2MSz77
