[UPDATE] The Twitter post time mentions in Arabic 4:30 am until 11:30 afternoon which means 11:30 am.

General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior tweeted that corniche road will be closed due to the Qatar National Day events tomorrow.

The entire corniche will be closed from 4:30 am until 11:30 am.
