The volume real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from January 19 to 23, reached QR 336,146,190.
The weekly real estate analysis data showed that the list of real estate traded in the sale included land space, housing, residential buildings and multi-use land space and a multi-use building.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, and Al Shamal.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from January 12 to January 16 reached QR 2,013, 766,088.
