Another 30 days of fasting and reflection is set to unfold now that Ramadan 2019 is almost here. With the holy month in place, working and operating hours will also completely change and while some of us are already well-acquainted with these changes, a chunk of Qatar's more than 2.6 million population will find the new timings bewildering.
