Heavy vehicles, including lorries and trailers, will not be allowed into the city limits during some specified timings in the holy month of Ramadan which is slated to begin in a week. The Traffic and Patrols Department said in a statement yesterday that heavy vehicles will be banned from entry into the city from 7am to 9am, 12.30pm to 2pm and 6pm to 12midnight every day during the fasting month.
