QNCC will work in two shifts - the first from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm, with the last entry at 03:00 pm, and the second from 07:00 pm to 01:00 am, with the last entry at midnight. The timings are the same for all seven days of the week.
Lusail and Al Wakra COVID-19 Drive-Through Vaccination Centers
Lusail and Al Wakra COVID-19 Drive-Through Vaccination Centers will be open from 01:00 pm - 12:00 mn every day throughout Ramadan with the last entry at 11:00 pm.

Mental Health Helpline - 09:00 am - 02:00 pm and 09:00 pm - 02:00 am, Saturday - Thursday, 09:00 am - 02:00 pm on Fridays.
HMC Pharmacy Medication Home Delivery Service - 08:00 am - 3 pm, Saturday to Thursday (closed on Fridays).

Blood Donor Center next to Hamad General Hospital - Saturday to Thursday from 08:00 am - 01:00 pm and 06:00 pm - 12:00 midnight. Closed on Fridays.
New Blood Donor Center opposite Outpatient Department next to Surgical Specialty Center: 06:00 pm - 12:00 mn, Saturday to Thursday (closed in the morning). Closed on Fridays.
HMC’s Nesma’ak Customer Service helpline (16060) - Sunday to Thursday 07:00 am to 10:00 pm; from Friday and Saturday, 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.
Medical Commission
The Medical Commission will receive visitors from 09:00 am - 05:00 pm during official working days.
Birth Registration Offices
Requests for registration and issuance of birth certificates for newborns will be received in the morning from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and in the evening from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm at Women's Health and Research Center, Sidra Medicine, and Al-Ahli Hospital. Only in the morning at Al Khor Hospital, Al-Emadi Hospital and Doha Clinic Hospital.
Visitors can complete the procedures for registering a birth certificate electronically through the ministry's website at the link.
Human Services Office (Death Unit)
The Human Services Office (Death Unit) will operate from 09:00 am - 04:00 pm during the holy month of Ramadan.
Private healthcare facilities
Starting 2 April 2021, all medical services in all private healthcare facilities have been stopped, except for emergency cases and the urgent cases that require physical attendance in the clinic as per treating physician judgment.
According to MoPH's circular, approved private healthcare facilities can continue to conduct COVID-19 swabs. The work of medical laboratories and diagnostic imaging centers will continue.
