Qatar Telecom (Qtel) has added one more outlet to its growing list of Concept Stores nationwide, opening a service centre on Salwa Road yesterday.
The new Service Centre is the company’s 19th outlet, following four major openings in recent weeks. The roll-out of new stores has been the most ambitious in the company’s history, generating positive feedback from people across the community.
The one-stop service centre will provide high levels of service to customers from both Doha and the Industrial Area.
Designed based on the feedback from the community, the prominently-positioned Qtel Service Centre has bright colours and ample spacing.
“Every Concept Store offers the same high quality of service and venue, but each has been designed to meet the specific needs of the people of each area. For the Salwa Road Service Centre, we knew that customers wanted a better, more visible location and ample parking space, to ensure they could easily pop in and out,” said Waleed Al Sayed, Executive Director, Customer Service.
