The agreement will see PCone join Qtel’s increasing network of Premium Partners and become a one-stop-shop providing the highest levels of support and service to customers in Qatar. Under the terms of the agreement, PCone will offer Qtel services to its customers, including post-paid bill payments, prepaid Hala SIM cards and Hala top-up cards.
The store will also support a number of innovative customer campaigns to ensure that visitors get the most from Qtel’s broad range of entertainment and communication solutions. PCone, a subsidiary of leading technology group Itqan Holding, is one of the most advanced one-stop IT destinations in Qatar, offering over 4,000 products with the support of a highly-trained customer service staff.
