Qatar is gearing up to be the IT centre in the region with the signing of a strategic agreement between Qatar Telecom (Qtel) and PCone yesterday. The agreement will see PCone join Qtel’s increasing network of Premium Partners and become a one-stop-shop providing the highest levels of support and service to customers in Qatar. Presently, Qtel has a total of eight Premium Partners. Under the terms of the agreement, PCone will offer Qtel services to its customers, including post-paid bill payments, prepaid Hala SIM cards and Hala top-up cards. The store will also support a number of innovative customer campaigns to ensure that visitors get the most from Qtel’s broad range of entertainment and communication solutions. PCone, a subsidiary of leading technology group Itqan Holding, is one of the most advanced one-stop IT destinations in Qatar, offering over 4,000 products with the support of a highly-trained customer service staff. “By expanding our range of Premium Partners, Qtel is significantly enhancing the customer experience, ensuring there is convenient access and suitable opening hours wherever you are in Qatar.
