Qatar is gearing up to be the IT centre in the region with the signing of a strategic agreement between Qatar Telecom (Qtel) and PCone yesterday. The agreement will see PCone join Qtel’s increasing network of Premium Partners and become a one-stop-shop providing the highest levels of support and service to customers in Qatar. Presently, Qtel has a total of eight Premium Partners. Under the terms of the agreement, PCone will offer Qtel services to its customers, including post-paid bill payments, prepaid Hala SIM cards and Hala top-up cards. The store will also support a number of innovative customer campaigns to ensure that visitors get the most from Qtel’s broad range of entertainment and communication solutions.
