QNB has set up more than 200 ATMs in Qatar and has the largest automated teller machine network in the country. Through the bank’s ATMs, customers can complete a range of transactions including access to individual banking services as well as value added solutions such as Kahramaa, Qtel and Vodafone bill payments and prepaid top-ups for services offered by Qatar’s two telecom service providers. QNB’s ATMs are part of the bank’s award-winning ‘eazylife’ suite of electronic banking services. These ATMs also support the bank’s eazycash solution, which allows customers to transfer and withdraw cash using mobile phone instructions instead of their debit cards. The ATM network also allows customers to subscribe to IPOs in which QNB is a receiving bank as well as deposit cash at designated cash deposit machines. Customers can also withdraw amounts of up to QR15,000 per day, deposit cheques and withdraw foreign currency notes or even pay credit cards bills. The bank said it is constantly working on developing these solutions for the benefit of customers including incentives such as the ongoing ATM ‘Use & Win’ promotion. The campaign is awarding anyone paying their Kahramaa and Qtel bills or purchasing prepaid services at the bank’s ATMs with the opportunity to win 2mn Qmiles or the chance to win a Jeep Grand Cherokee. In addition, 20 winners will have their bills of the month paid through a QNB ATM, paid off by the bank. The list of QNB ATM locations can be seen on the bank’s website www.qnb.com.qa Gulf Times
