Qatari swimmer Tamim Mohammed won the gold medal of the 50 meters butterfly in the 14th Arab Swimming Championships (age groups competitions), which started today, in Morocco and will continue until next Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Qatari swimmers Abdulaziz Al Obaidli and Fares Al Saidi, ended their participation in the first round of the 2019 Swimming World Cup in Tokyo.
Ammar Ashraf and Karim Salama will participate in the second round of the tournament, which will be held in Jinan, China, from August 8 to 10, while Yacoub Al Khulaifi and Yousef Al Khulaifi will take part in the third round in Singapore from 15 to 17 of the same month.
