The Qatari Forum for Authors launched the Child Literature Initiative with the aim of raising children's minds and imagination and to enrich their creative language, as well as improving the creative content that is presented to them in a way that strongly supports children's spiritual education.
The Qatari Forum for Authors has broadcast the first episodes of the Child Literature Initiative series, supervised by author and artist Lina Al Ali, through Al Multaqa YouTube channel. During this episode, author Dr. Wafa Al Shamsi from the Sultanate of Oman, specialized in children's literature, was invited to discuss the topic of Narration and Children's Stories.
The session discussed many issues related to children's literature, specificities and most important characteristics.
