Qatar stresses on supremacy of law at UN

New Yok • Qatar has underlined its deep belief in the importance of the supremacy of law at the national and international levels and said that the most important steps to achieve such a goal is coordination between the persons concerned and its application on all parties concerned. It is also important to avoid double standards when defending supremacy of the law and the immediate condemnation of any violation of it. This came in a statement delivered by Jassem Yacoub Yusuf Abdullah, the Second Secretary at the Foreign Ministry's Legal Affairs Department and Member Of The Permanent Mission Of The State Of Qatar participating in the 36rd session of the UN General Assembly.
