Ahead of Qatar National Day, which takes place on December 18, preparations and celebrations already begin to take shape.
Qatar’s annual Darb Al Saai, a trademark of QND celebrations, commences this Thursday. It will take place at Al Sadd, where it’s always held every year. The dates for Darb Al Saai start from December 8 and end on December 20.
Darb Al Saai aims to provide information, and a fun interactive environment, on Qatar’s heritage and culture.
According to Doha News and the Peninsula, there will be a lot of activities to look forward to including delicious food, fun shows, traditional merchandise and souvenirs, and more! Competitions and female-only tents will also be a part of the celebrations and activities.
