Qatar Museums, in partnership with Vodafone Qatar, has recently celebrated welcoming its 10,000th member to its arts and cultural membership program, Culture Pass.

The Culture Pass Programme, which was launched back in May 2014, is free of charge and open for all to enjoy. The tailored programme provides its members with a chance to experience exclusive benefits linked to diverse cultural activities across Qatar.

Commenting on this occasion, Phil Lawrie, Chief Commercial Officer of the Enterprises Group, at Qatar Museums said,

“We are delighted to welcome our 10,000th Culture Pass member to the programme. The Culture Pass has strongly established itself over a short period of time as the programme of choice for the art and culture community in Qatar”.

The Culture Pass Programme is aligned with Qatar Museums’ vision of enriching the lives of all those who live in and visit Qatar, as well as inspiring an indigenous culture of creativity and innovation. The Programme draws together the wealth of experiences that Qatar Museums has to offer across Doha, giving its members a range of exclusive benefits, including regular invites to VIP exhibition openings, and private tours of the museums and galleries. Members also receive regular newsletters to be kept up to date with the latest news from Qatar Museums and cultural offerings across Doha.

Culture Pass members also benefit from 15% discount at Qatar Museums cafes and gift shops. A 10% discount on venue hire at a number of premium spaces across Qatar is also offered.

To celebrate the joining of its 10,000th member, the winner, Naema Al Hail received a prize of a luxurious lunch for two at the Michelin Starred IDAM restaurant, which is located on the exclusive top floor at the Museum of Islamic Art, as well as designer products from the MIA gift shop, worth 1,000 QAR.

As part of the partnership agreement between QM and Vodafone and to meet members’ expectations, the Cultural Pass Programme offers members a special customer services experience through Vodafone’s call centres. Members are also invited to attend specialist workshops to participate in arts, culture and heritage, and to get creative themselves.
