Katara Hospitality announced today the official opening of Hotel Park, a new family-friendly park situated in the heart of Doha’s bustling business district.

The park located adjacent to Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, is characterised by water features including mini-fountains, waterfalls, small streams and well-manicured lawns.

Hotel Park will provide residents and visitors a relaxing escape to enjoy picnics, play areas and outdoor family gatherings. Children’s play areas, an outdoor fan area, fitness zone and video wall will round off Hotel Park’s relaxation amenities.

Hotel Park will soon open five food and beverage outlets offering a diverse palette of authentic cuisine and desserts.

Hotel Park will have four levels of underground parking with access to Doha International Exhibition Center through an underground tunnel link. Hotel Park’s parking allotment is over 2,500 spaces.

As an incentive for park visitors to familiarise themselves with Hotel Park, Katara Hospitality offered visitors a month-long complimentary parking access to the park which concludes today.

Hotel Park will be managed by Mosanada, a Qatar-based facilities management company. The underground parking will be managed by QDPV, a joint services company that specializes in the design and operation of car parks and parking facilities. (Source)
