The Maritime Customs Administration along with the Public Security Department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI), stopped the smuggling of a banned substance at Hamad Port customs. The banned materials were hidden inside a shipment of flour and were detected via an X-ray inspection. The inspection revealed that the banned tobacco substance was hidden inside it. The total weight of the prohibited substance was 1,350 kilograms of tobacco, and it was seized.
