Qatar Customs in a tweet has announced that the Customs Department of Hamad International Airport (HIA) thwarted an attempt to smuggle banned narcotic hashish in Qatar.

The banned substance was hidden secretively among mattresses and the total weight of the seized substance was 1.85 kg.
