The General Authority of Customs announced that it was able to foil the smuggling of a huge amount of prohibited substance hidden inside a flour shipment.
In its official Twitter account, Qatar Customs said that the Maritime Customs Administration, in coordination with the Public Security Department at the Ministry of Interior, managed to thwart the smuggling of banned tobacco at Hamad Port customs.
Through the X-ray detection device, it was found that the prohibited substances were hidden inside a flour shipment, and the total weight of the prohibited substance reached 1350 kilograms.
