The Development Partnership announces Qatar Business Women Awards workshops and clinics.
The Development Partnership (TDP) is delighted to announce they will be assessing the Qatar Business Women Awards for the third year. The awards, launched in 2007 under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Misnad, focuses on women who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and managerial qualities in their fields.
Participants in the award will undertake a series of workshops starting on 9 April 2013 in Doha. Designed to develop skills in leadership and gain an understanding of future goals, financial planning and innovation and along with private study, these workshops will form an academic, internationally recognised development qualification for the applicants.
Judith Barton, Chief Assessor for the Award and Managing Director of The Development Partnership said “This year we are delighted to introduce an additional benefit for all applicants of the QBWA. Applicants who participate in the three Award workshops will be eligible to have their application considered for the Business and Professional Women’s Development certificate. This professional development approach has been specifically developed for the Qatar Business Women’s Association.”
Individual applications from all applicants will be assessed from September 2013 and following completion of the mandatory clinic sessions for each participant, the Winners of each category will be announced on the 11th November 2013.
