As per a report on Al Jazeera, the first international commercial plane has departed from Kabul airport since Western countries finished evacuations from Afghanistan. It was also reported that as per H.E. Mutlaq Al Qahtani, Qatar’s special envoy to Afghanistan the airport is “fully up and running”.
