Cirium Aviation Analytics' monthly On-Time Performance (OTP) report for July 2023 witnessed Qatar Airways, Qatar's national airline, taking the 5th spot.
According to Cirium, an airline's on-time performance is defined as an aircraft's arrival at the gate under 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time. On-time departing flights measure airport on-time performance.
The list of global airline rankings based on OTP for July 2023 are as follows:

| 4 | JAL | 83.39% |
| 5 | Qatar Airways | 82.67% |
Qatar Airways was ranked 3rd most punctual airline in the previous month (June 2023) with an OTP rating of 85%.
