Those who require Schengen visa from now until September have been advised to apply well in advance, according to a statement issued by the Greek embassy in Doha on behalf of all Schengen embassies in the country.
“The visa process may take, for some nationalities, up to several weeks,” it was pointed out in the statement which explained that all Schengen embassies in Doha receive a very high number of visa applications during the period from May to September.
“Make sure the application file is complete in order to prevent unnecessary delays. All the necessary information for the visa application procedure is available on the websites of all Schengen embassies,” the statement added.
