Offshore, it will be misty to foggy at some places with scattered clouds, the report added, warning of poor visibility at some places.

Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southerly 05 to 15 knot.

Offshore, it will be southeasterly to easterly 03 to 12 knot, gusting to 15 knot at north areas at times.

Visibility will be 5 to 9/2 kilometers or less at places in morning.

Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, rises to 3 feet at north areas at times. Offshore, it will be 1 to 3 feet, rises to 4 feet at north areas at times.
