THE Pearl-Qatar last week welcomed a high-level delegation that included the first ladies of Poland and Albania, Maria Kaczynska, and Teuta Topi, respectively. The dignitaries said they were impressed with the scale and luxury of the project. They were in town to participate in the Third Annual International Forum on Children with Special Needs.
