Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani inaugurated the Lusail Marina Promenade, during a ceremony held on the walkway in Lusail City yesterday evening.
Following the opening speech, H E the Prime Minister and Interior Minister gave the opening signal to inaugurate the promenade and launch the accompanying aquatic shows.
His Excellency, then toured the promenade, to get acquainted with the latest promenade services and facilities, which have been developed according to world-class standards.
H E the Prime Minister and Interior Minister stressed that the inauguration of the Lusail promenade is an addition to the new tourist attractions that characterise the State of Qatar and contribute to the efforts to make the nation a global tourist destination.
The promenade is characterised by the presence of many facilities that make it attractive destination for hosting many local and international events. The opening ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellencies, Sheikhs and Ministers.
