Petrol price in Qatar will go down next month while there will not be any change in the diesel price and premium fuel price in June shows an announcement by the Ministry of Energy & Industry.
According to the Ministry of Energy & Industry, the 95-octane Super gasoline will cost QR1.65/litre and Diesel will cost QR 1.55/litre in June.
Premium fuel, however, will remain unchanged at QR1.55/litre in June.
Fuel prices in Qatar were allowed to fluctuate in response to changes in the global market from May 1, the Ministry of Energy and Industry said.
Every month, a special committee comprising representatives from various government bodies, would review fuel prices (gasoline and diesel) and make recommendations on proposed prices for the local market accordingly
