The Al Khafaji Street leading to the University Intersection will be partly closed for maintenance from tonight, the Public Works Authority (Asghal) announced yesterday. The closure will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, the stretch from Jaliah Roundabout up to the roundabout near the University Intersection will be closed for four days from tonight. It will be opened for traffic on September 5. In the second phase, the opposite stretch will be closed during Eid holidays, beginning from September 12 to be opened for traffic on September 15.
