Doha hosts Arab Women Forum
The 6th Arab Forum on the role of the Arab Woman in sustainable development and civilian community organizations, opened on Sunday 2 March 2008. Organized by the Institute of Administrative Development in cooperation with the Arab Administrative Development Organization, and sponsored by H E Dr. Sultan bin Hassan Al-Dhabit Al-Dossari Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, the meeting gathers 125 participants from Qatar and other Arab states and will continue until March 6.

Turtle Preservation in Qatar
Ras Laffan Industrial City in Qatar is a significant nesting area for the Hawksbill turtles, yet it's also the country's most important gas producer.
