As part of the company’s ongoing investment in entertainment for Qatar, Ooredoo today announced that the award-winning Ooredoo tv service has introduced four new apps to its app store.

Thanks to the new additions to the service, users can now listen to their favourite Holy Quran recitals on their TV using the Holy Quran App, check out the latest recipes and food info with Foody.TV, and catch-up with the latest news and documentaries with the Al Jazeera and France 24 apps.

To ensure that fresh content is available for all of its wide customer base, the company has also invited businesses and developers to come-up with new content for the service, and aims to invest in a host of next-generation solutions, in a number of languages, in the near future.

The four new additions to the app tab have been added as a part of Ooredoo’s ongoing commitment to ensure Ooredoo tv is the best entertainment service in the region for its customers.

Ooredoo tv offers users a crystal-clear 4K service, which works with multiple devices and combines apps, on-demand and live television in one easy-to- use box.

Mozaic TV and Ooredoo Broadband customers can access Ooredoo tv today by using the “Collect & Go” service at any Ooredoo Shop to collect their new Ooredoo tv box. Installation is simple, and can be done instantly by customers in their own homes.

Ooredoo tv is available now via Ooredoo Shops, Starlink, TechnoBlue and Jumbo outlets. The service has no upfront charges, no equipment costs and no ongoing contracts.
