Ooredoo opens shop at Pearl-Qatar

Ooredoo has opened its newest shop at The Pearl-Qatar, providing convenience for customers living in Qatar’s premier luxury and lifestyle development. During a grand opening ceremony, the company opened its 24th Ooredoo Shop, which is temporarily located at Porto Arabia in 14 La Croisette. The Ooredoo Shop on The Pearl-Qatar is open Saturday through Thursday from 10am to 10pm, and on Friday from 2pm to 10pm. Ooredoo Chief Sales and Service Officer Mohamed al-Marri said: “By opening this Ooredoo Shop, we are meeting the needs of our many customers who live and work in The Pearl-Qatar. We will continue our ambitious nationwide expansion strategy of Ooredoo Shops, providing neighbourhood-level convenience for our customers to experience our wide range of products and services, and our leading customer support service.” The new shop complements the existing Ooredoo Shop at the nearby Lagoona Mall, as Ooredoo provides its customers with more choice and great value. At The Pearl-Qatar outlet, customers can interact with the latest mobile devices, and enjoy the cutting-edge Next Generation Mozaic TV on Ooredoo Fibre. Customers can also pay Shahry bills, receive immediate assistance on any questions from the customer helpdesk, and redeem their Nojoom points. To find the nearest Ooredoo Shop, customers can visit the Ooredoo shop page under the personal section on the Ooredoo website at Recently, as part of meeting the needs of its customers with special needs, Ooredoo deployed staff trained in sign language to 11 Ooredoo Shops. Ooredoo will provide staff trained in sign language in all its shops in the coming months. Soon Ooredoo customers will be able to discover a “fully-immersive branded experience” at the upcoming Ooredoo shop opening on Airport Street.
