Ooredoo today announced the launch of the Shahry Saver Key, a new subscription service aimed to lower the cost of international calls across the region and overseas for Shahry Smart customers

The new Shahry Saver Key, which costs just QR 10 per month, will allow subscribers to take advantage of some of the lowest International calling rates in Qatar for destinations including India, Bangladesh, Egypt, the Philippines, UAE and Turkey.

Launching the new Shahry Saver Key will give Qatar’s most popular postpaid customers the chance to contact friends and family abroad at our lowest ever costs.”

With the latest pricing Shahry Saver Key subscribers can benefit from international calling rates of just 15Dhs per minute to India, the lowest India calling rate in Qatar.

Shahry Saver Key customers can also take advantage of low calling rates to Bangladesh at just 19Dhs per minute, to Indonesia at just 25Dhs per minute, and Egypt at 35 Dhs per minute.

With the new key, calls to the Philippines, KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Pakistan, Nepal, Syria, Sudan, Turkey, Thailand and Sri Lanka will cost just 45Dhs per minute.

This launch is the latest push in a series of local and international rate changes as Ooredoo work to ensure customers can enjoy the benefits of the regions most advanced network.

To subscribe to the Shahry Saver Key, Shahry customers should send “SSK” to 114. The key will automatically renew monthly, so that customers can continue to call and save.

Shahry customers also have the option to sign-up to the Shahry International Key, which enables them to exchange up-to 100% of their local minutes and SMS allowance to international allowance for only QR 100 per month.
